Using algorithm for years

So my husband and I just recently got married and decided we wanted to start trying for a baby. I have been off birth control for the entire time of our relationship (3 years) but we do use algorithm (aka pull out) and don't touch each other if I'm ovulating. I could be over thinking things but is it crazy that I've never gotten accidentally pregnant? Should I be worried that I won't be able to conceive?
