HSG Test

So, I went I for my HSG test. The test wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. It was uncomfortable and I did have some pain when the radiologist had me tilt my hips from side to side. Long story short ....Tubes were clear!! Woot Woot!! My OB/GYN said that I may become very fertile. So my question is, have any of you ladies conceived after having the HSG test done?
