Can this home wrecker still see my message?

Ok, I hope this will be long story short. I posted a few days ago about how this girl jacked my husbands phone because it was sitting in their lunch room and she took silly selfies on my husbands phone at their work place,  like 60 of them just to mess around and be funny. How he asked for her snapchat on his fb messenger. I thought it was very disrespectful on both accounts. This girl is 18. When I found out I admit I was very upset and emotional probably because I'm pregnant and he apologized and he deleted her in front of me and blocked her without me asking. He kept coming near me hugging me and telling me he was sorry and told me she is constantly on his case and annoying the hell out of him at work trying to poke him, and touch him, and is a big flirt. Out of anger, I wrote her a message through Facebook. No cussing on my part just felt the need to tell her how I felt as a wife. I told her we had one child and one on the way to respect our marriage. It was very brief And I told her it shall never happen again. Well she told me off, told me I had no humor, that I was lacking self confidence etc and blocked me which was fine. Later on, this Colby guy friend requested me on Facebook and on Instagram. We had no mutual friends but as always, I try to check and figure out who the person is before confirming or deleting the request. It happened to be this girls BOYFRIEND. I was confused. I told my husband about it and he told me her boyfriend at work was Tom not Colby. So basically she is playing both guys. And Tom is good friends with my husband and when I told him about this he said he's going to tell Tom about it. but  I'm wondering as to why he sent me these requests, could it be her using her boyfriends account Trying to lurk through my page? Either way I deleted both requests and blocked them but before I blocked him on Instagram I sent him a DM could he still receive it if I sent it and then I blocked him? I honestly think it's her. But why is she stalking me?? By the way, I made up their names it's not Tom and Colby. But there is two guys involved.
