Good idea or dumb idea?

So I HATE dealing with eye brows between all the money, misshaping, plucking, patches to fill in (yes I have two of those from a car accident).

I was thinking about cutting down on some of that by tattooing a natural eye brow on, then letting the hair grow back over that. It would hopefully help them not screwed up again shape wise and give the hair a darker tent so I don't have to use a pencil to darken in the bald spots. Thats my theory anyway.

Good or bad idea? Has anyone else done this? I was told the hair might not grow back and that's scary so I'm trying to get info.
