Sharp pain in arm

So idk if anyone can really give any input on this besides telling me to call the doctor but I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I'm feeling really off. I have this really sharp pain in my left arm that's going up into my shoulder and neck, I keep getting painful period cramps and I just really don't feel well. I have a headache as well. I've been staying hydrated so it's not that. Idk what this is. I'm weary of going in for nothing but I'm worried. Is anyone else experiencing this?
