Iud BV?

Hi guys... Has anyone experienced issues with BV after getting their IUD? I had mine inserted a few weeks ago and have just started experiencing symptoms of BV today. I thought it might have something to do with the fact I've been lightly/moderately spotting since I've gotten it, so it could throw off my pH? I'm going to my gyno Thursday... But is there anything I can do in the meantime to help with the odor?? And has it been a reoccuring problem for anyone?
