Help!!! How to tell everyone?!

So my 8 week appointment will be August 25th. After that appointment I would like to just tell immediate family until my first trimester is done. How should I tell the rest of my family??? My family and my husband's family are both very large. We also live in a small town so news travels fast. I really don't want to throw a party or do anything crazy. Family is old school, so texting is not much of an option! I want to tell everyone in a timely manner but without offending anyone. Any advice would be amazing!
