Well then...

I was just messaged via online by someone I barely know. My neighbors ex . She said she finally realized who I am and then began to tell me a whole bunch of things I never thought I'd hear... first off let's start with my story. 3 years or so ago I left my son with his father and moved out to couch surf. I want custody but just haven't gotten to it yet. I have a new house, spouse, our daughter. We both work and my son's father does not. He smokes weed in the house with my child... the things she told me...

She told me that my ex purposely bashes me in front of my son. Which is 100% unacceptable.

She said he is not keeping his home or himself or our son clean!

He is not taking the time to teach him his school stuff (which I could tell over the summer this year so I picked up some school books to practice.)

He said in front of her, "mommy left you because she doesn't love you and she wants to be with and love her new drug addict boyfriend. (My current spouse is NOT a drug addict. When we met sure like every single man on the prowl without kids he drank and partied. What ever)

She told me I need to go for custody and she was going to help me figure all this out.

She isn't the only one to tell me that he wasn't taking care of him. 4 people have told me.. my boy needs me but I have severe anxiety (likely caused by his and my relationship. Met him at all 16 and he was 21 and I got pregnant)

Any advice? Yes I am taking him to court and I will be getting him back
