Ovulation pain, help me out please!

So I got my positive opk yesterday, hubby and I have bd the past three. But this morning at 5 I woke up with a really intense cramp that instantly led me to the bathroom (tmi, sorry) does this sound like my egg possibly dropping or a cyst on my ovary or is it just regular ovulation pain? It was pretty painful and lasted maybe a min. Ive heard its not supposed to be that intense. I havent had anymore pain today. What do you think ladies??
