34 weeks pregnant/ fur baby problems

I am feeling very emotional even thinking About this because my fur babies were everything to me prior to getting pregnant. Now I literally have no time or energy for them it breaks my heart to see them in their little corner of the house wanting to get out but if I let them out they will jump all over me and my belly and I just don't feel safe especially when I'm in a rush going pee every 20 min. I'm afraid to trip over them, I can't put them outside because they have never been out door doggies and I dont want them to get fleas. I'm beginning to think they might be better off in a different home 😭 it would break my heart to give them away but I just don't know what to do. Any advice? Has anyone else been having a hard time?
