Why is my 5 week old so gassy?!

I ebf, I haven't changed my diet at all, and she's so gassy! It's only gotten worse since she was born. I mean she screams every time she nurses because she produces grown man farts and poops 2 to 3 times a feeding. Idk what to do but I'm tired of seeing her in pain from pushing and stuff 😭

Our little guy (3.5 months) was like that but worse. I had to cut out dairy and caffeine and also give him gas drops and gripe water every 6 hours to see a difference. He ended up being such a happy baby after that! My doctor said .8 ml of gas drops every 6 hours and I give him 5 ml of gripe water along with it. Also a probiotic like Gerber Soothe drops once a day. I was able to slowly add in small amounts of dairy when he was two months old. He still has an intolerance for milk itself but I can eat cheeses in moderation now 😊

My son went through the same thing. He ended up have a lactose sensitivity .. Have you tried gas drops or gripe water

My boy was the same, I talked to his Dr & she said to give him gripe water.. It really does help.
