Help i feel as if im in labour but im,not.TMI

Ok so i havent really gone to the bathroom in 2wk nothing new its been like this since the beginning. Im 22w1d. Well ive been really sick lately thought my allday sickness was coming back but now i think ita cause i waa so backed up. Well. I start to get pains so i come to thw bathroom. I go and go and go it doesnt stop yay right now im havibg to breath through the pains as if im in labour im cold im sweeting im barring down praying i dont go into labour early all cauae i have to poop. Now im in the tub with still some bad cramps. Is there anything i can drink to help easy the pain or,move this alone faster? Do i call my doc?i know its not labour but its so bad it feels like early laboyr meets pooping. Never pooped this bad before. :(
