When should I head to the hospital?

So for the past hour and a half I've been getting uncomfortable but not super painful contractions that are about 4-5 minutes apart lasting about a minute. At what point do I go into the hospital?

My doctor told me to wait until hey are 5-7 minutes apart consistently and painful and increasing with pain. I have been getting BH contractions pretty regularly. They will go for 30 minutes in 5 minute increments then stop for a bit. But never too intense. More like a bad period cramp. I'm actually going to call my doctor tomorrow and see what she recommends. They have been two days straight, but never to the point still where they intensify or I feel like I want to scream and they aren't getting closer in time.

When your contractions are unbarable and begin to get hard to breath or talk through! My dr told me its best to wait until you can't handle the pain! I had several false alarms already luckily my dr is inducing me Tuesday at 39 weeks and 1 day

I have been told to go in if I have 6 or more in an hour 10min or less even if they don't hurt.

Wait a little bit more like another hour. Drink a cup of water and lay back and count again and see if they're getting intense. Usually it can be BH (false contractions) but if they're intense it's the real deal.
