IUD COIL PAIN

I've had my IUDs for two/three years and I had period for the last year or two I do suffer cysts too. My period stopped after year and half  I had few spotting and then they stopped and then recently i had pelvic pain went docs for that and they are refurring me to hosp and this week I have very hormonal and the I keep needing to pee and it hurt and shooting pains and I checked I was bleeding should I be concerned!!! HELP
