Baby acne ?

Is there anything to help with my baby girls acne? She is 6 weeks old. Or do I just keep her face clean and dry and let it go away on its own?

Yes. Keep her face as clean as possible (cleaning up milk, regular baths, etc). I put aquaphor on my girls face after bath time, but not all babies react well to that.

It took my baby 4 weeks for it to be gone. I think a lot of it was the heat though, and he is a super sweaty kid.

It'll go away on its own. It could also be caused by the heat which happened to my daughter so I used cetaphil baby soap and cream lightly on the area.
