IUD question? I need help!

Hi guys. I had my IUD inserted a week and a half ago and had sex with my partner yesterday twice. The first one was the first time I had it without a condom and he pulled out but the second time he didn't pull out. Now I'm having really excruciating bad cramps and I don't know what to do to lessen the cramps. Also. Will there be a chance I can get pregnant from that? I'm really paranoid right now. Thanks
