Bad timing

I am the queen of bad timing, recently I thought I was having routine period cramps which was a little strange considering my period shouldn't start for another week and a half. I'm leaving for college in that same amount of time and I think I have appendicitis. Eventually I'm going to have to have my appendix removed but when do I have time to get an operation? I don't want to get behind in college or miss the rest of summer. If I have it its not that bad right now is there a possibility it just goes away??
