IUD questions

I had my daughter in January , got the IUD mirena inserted in beginning of March and it's like ever since sex has been different for me.(TMI) Rough sex is painful! And I used to love it! It sucks but I don't wanna use any other birth control. It was extremely painful getting it inserted and I cramped for 3 days..
