Yeast infection isn't going away

Hey guys I'd like to ask for some help. Ever since I was 7 years old I started my yeast infection. Now I also think that this happened because ever since I was 3 I started masterbating(I know it's strange...) I am 17 and I still mastebate except with a vibrator or dildo and I still have a yeast infection and now I have UTI (it happened during February) I've only been to the hospital two times for my yeast infection and nothing worked. Can someone please help me out. I'm a virgin as well. I've also tried the garlic method and creams and boric acid pills that you insert (yet that burned really bad)
