Could I be

Hi guys.. So I might be pregnant.. Kinda nervous to take a test.. This would be my first child second pregnancy. The first time I had a miscarriage.. I didn't get that far along for a positive test. My symptoms for the first one were my nipples were very tender always hard.. But with this one I really don't feel anything sometimes maybe nauseous.. Always hungry and Im missing my period right now even tho I've always had an irregular periods because I have PCOS.. Idk what to do..?
