Baby fell off the bed

I've already spoke with her doctor. They said to just watch her and check her pupils. She cried for only a few seconds then she was smiling at me. She's only 5 months old and I guess today she figured out how to crawl over pillow barriers :/ I feel so horrible though. I turned my back to open then blinds and bam she was on the floor :'( this ever happen to any other moms?
