Not sure what's going on af late but all negatives

I was due for af yesterday and I got nothing a little brown spotting but after that still nothing, I've felt really sick and the smell of some food make me feel sick, my nipples are sore and I've been getting cramps but no serve ones, I keep taking pregnancy test and I thought I saw a vvvfl here but I took other tests and negative 😔 what's the best step for me to do right now??  Here's a pic of the vvvfl I saw yesterday
