Remembering my BFP

On July 4th I got a super faint line on a frer. The weeks went by and the lines only got darker 💖 I bought test after test and watched the lines darken and the weeks go from 1-2 to 2-3 to 3+. And my gosh was I ecstatic to finally see this pregnancy progressing! Had my blood drawn. Watched it go from 99 to 306 😍 At my first US I was only 5+3 so I didn't expect to see much, I saw my baby's sac. I went through the cramping, the hunger, the constant peeing. And then I went through the light spotting. And that's when I had my 6 week 3 day ultrasound. I was so excited and nervous to see my sweet baby and I knew once I heard his or her heartbeat mommy would be a mess. But I didn't hear a heartbeat. And I didn't see a baby. I was told to schedule a D&C but mommy was going to fight until she saw you. I went to a second doctor... She didn't know anything about the first two ultrasounds and I needed another opinion, I guess you could say it was the mom in me. 7 week 2 day ultrasound comes. Again, no heartbeat no baby. That day mommy started to accept the fact you just weren't going to show your beautiful gummy bear self. Mommy waited another week. 8 weeks 4 days. No heartbeat. No baby. Mommy had a D&C today. And I gained an angel and God gained another flower to his garden. I have been through the heart break. And now mommy and daddy can't wait to have a brother or sister for you here on earth. Just know mommy didn't give up. And we both love you. I remember my BFP. And I will NEVER forget it.
