My oldest daughter couldn't breastfeed, so we were exclusively on formula.... I seem to remember that she could finish off a can in about 5-7 days, but she also ate a TON.

They are right about using within a month but if your just asking if you are supplementing how long will it last it really depends on baby and how much they eat of both I had to supplement and my baby would do about fifteen mins on each boob every two hours at first and about 2 Oz of formula every two and half hours at first bc I was not producing enough to feed him so we would go thru a can about every four to five days now he goes thru a can about every three days but that's bc he will not breastfeed anymore bc he is four months and bc of my medical problems he don't get enough so he winged his self off the boob
