I need help..please..

I woke up this morning, with blood in my panties and in my bed.. I'm not sure what's even going on. I went to the hospital and they said the baby is okay. I'm 13w & 5 days. Has this happened to anyone before? I'm also cramping really bad and vomiting like crazy. I don't know what's going on. I hate getting on here because every time I write something no one responds 😔
