Placenta Encapsulation

Anyone else doing this?

I am having my placenta encapsulated. They pick up the placenta after delivery and within 72 hours they return the capsules to me. It is a Chinese method of dehydration with herbs and spices. It is to help with physical healing, milk production, and postpartum depression. My best friend did this and she raved about it. It even helps with menstrual cramps. There are 145 capsules.

I suffered from depression in the past, and I am fearful of postpartum depression. I am hopeful. 😊
