Lactation Cookies

In One Bowl mix together the following;
1 1/2 Cups Oat Flour (Blend old fashion rolled oats & that's how you make oat flour)
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baling Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
9 Fenugreek Capsules (Empty capsules & discard)
5 Tablespoons Brewers Yeast (If you can't find it blend some pills until you get 5 tablespoons)
3 Cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats 
In Separate Bowl mix together the following;
12 Tablespoons of stick butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil
Blend together butter & oil until creamy.
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
Add and blend sugar until creamy/fluffy.
2 Large eggs 
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Add and blend the eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet gradually.
You may add raisins, cranberries,  dark chocolate chips, sliced almonds. Whatever you prefer... But make sure you fold/stir these ingredients in.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
Bake for 10-12 minutes (depending on how you like cookies, soft or crunchy).
I used and burned the motor in my hand mixer making these 😢,,, at least they were delicious!!!! Lol
I eat 5 cookies a day. 
YES, this has helped me produce more breastmilk for my baby.
