Any advice

Me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for the last 8 months with no luck, I recently just got off of my cycle 2 days ago and we have had sex the last two days. I know this may sound weird or disgusting but I would really like to know if anyone has any advice beside telling me go to the doctor. After he is finish when we are having sex and he ejaculates its like no matter if I stay in bed for 5-15 mins or if I don't get out of bed till the next morning its like my body is rejecting it or something I feel like all the sperm just comes right back out, is that normal? Plus I get slight cramps after or the next morning occasionally. We really would love nothing more but some advice or something to help us while we are on our journey of trying to conceive.
