Diarrhea - Listeria or standard food poisoning?
Sorry for the gross post- I've had watery green diarrhea for 5 days and taking charcoal tablets now to treat that, but luckily no vommiting. Feel ok other than bloating and tired (must be from running to the toilet!)
I'm a bit worried it could be listeria - any idea how to tell if it's that or just standard food poisoning? Just don't want it to hurt the baby...
