Tips for conceiving? Please help a girl!

Hi guys! Just about to enter my fertile period and wanted to see what tips those of you who are pregnant or have been pregnant have?! This is month four of trying, we got married in May and want to have our first soon! Had a surprise pregnancy in January that ended in a MC and was incredibly hard on us both. Thank you ladies! :) ps. we're trying preseed this month!!

This cycle I been taking Fertile Aid 3x/day Also been tracking my ovulation with OPK (last cycle I used FF as my guid ☹️) I also use soft cups when I'm in my window (at first I hated them, not I love them🙌🏼)

Right after we BD (we always finish is missionary, or doggy style) I prop my hips on 2 pillows and insert the soft cup and I stay in that position for 20 minutes. I the keep the soft cup in until I shower the next day...

I also use the Fern scope to help pinpoint ovulation, but I only had fern right before AF and 2 days after AF 😩 so it don't really help me.....
