Not sure what to do :/ please help ladies

Hey there ladies have a bit of a situation ..I had to have a termination in April (please don't judge or ask questions it was out of my hands) I bled afterwards as you do and went onto cerazette straightaway I had what I thought was a period in July only bled slightly than little heavier than it died down it lasted from 13-18 but there was no usual period cramping (I suffer terrible cramps normally) anyway I was due on the 8th of August and still no period ..I don't feel my self and am just stressed and unsure what to do ...should I take a pregnancy test now or wait a few weeks..any help would be appreciated thank you in advance! ⭐️BABY DUST TO EVERYONE AND NEVER LOSE FAITH⭐️
