Migraine during period!
I got my first ever period migraine when I was 16. It happened about once a year, then twice a year, and now I get one every couple of months...always during my period week. And I'm not talking tension headaches... I'm talking full blown, blinded by the TV, I-wanna-rip-my-brain-out-of-my-forehead, crying for hours migraines.
I caught mine today during the aura stage with a migraine tablet and that shortened it a bit (it lasted 3 hours). Also find that Gatorade helps. Anyone else out there with this problem? Any other tips on how to deal with them?
