When logging your baby's feeding to you log the time they start or end?

I normally log the end time of when my baby stops eating but then it's always over the 4 hour mark. I don't know what's better to log the end or start. I normally have to wake her by a diaper change for her feedings so I try to keep track of the feeds the best I can.
