Is it normal?

Im 15 weeks pregnant and a few days ago i went to my obs check up he told me i have a urine infection and rx me some antibiotics i have taken all of them just how he told me but i keep having this cramps and abdominal pain on my sides when i told him that i was having pain on my abdomen he told me its caused by the infection but i dont have infection anymore so why i keep having pain
