Morning sickness and face rash @14wks

Hi everyone. At 13 weeks my morning sickness began to subside I was so excited about it. Then yesterday I turned 14 weeks and I was so sick I vomited til my throat bled and my tummy hurt badly. Afterwards I looked in the mirror and I saw red dots all around my neck and face. Mainly around my eyes. I assume due to the straining? Anyone else had this? Wish I knew when this sickness will be gone. Not sure how much more of feeling so unwell I take.
