Montgomery bumps??

AF is due in 4 days and my boobs have been a bit sensitive. Not necessarily sore, but just sensitive with my clothing. Today I noticed these little bumps around my nipples (darker than my nipples) I have never really noticed then this prominent before. Could this be a good sign for early pregnancy? I tested yesterday (9DPO) and it was BFN😢.  Also, I know I'm probably hyper sensitive to noticing things about my body...but I still can't help feeling like they've never been this prominent.
