Tmi alert

Ok so it's very embarrassing but twice today I had cm gush out its like watery creamy. I'm 15dpo today. I ran to the bathroom thinking af had come unannounced. Does this sound promising? I also had a pain in my uterus on the right side it lasted less than a minute. Af is due tomorrow got bfn yesterday should I wait a week after af is due if it doesn't show? I havnt had any pre af symptoms
