Congested baby

Our baby has some congestion which is very scary to me! We brought her to her pedis office and she said "it's normal". I use a nasal aspirator (electric and bulb) to help clean her nose but she still sounds congested. We also have a cool most humidifier running as well. We check her temp and it's been normal every day.  I know her dr said its normal but I'm a very worried FTM. Will this just pass? How is this considered normal?
