I am almost positive my close friend likes my bf she been spending time hugs him when she sees him got mad when he got a ride home with me not her and flirts and stuff also compares herself to me like driving or boobs or butt but then she asks him to find her a guy am I crazy or what

Definitely crossing the line. Sounds like you need to talk to her about boundaries or stop hanging out with her when your with your boyfriend.

Normally I say friends or boyfriend but she's being disrespectful.

Sounds like:
A) She likes him, but because she can't have him, she's willing to settle for the next best thing which would be one of his friends. That way, she's pretty much guaranteed to get to spend time with him either way and it's less likely to be suspicious.

OR

B) She doesn't actually want him, she just feels like she's better than you, so it bothers her that you have something (or someone) she feels like you don't deserve. Hence the comparisons. But she doesn't want to be completely obvious about that sentiment so she's asking him to hook her up so it looks like she doesn't want him.

If you think she'll be receptive, it might be worth talking to her about it. Don't accuse her of anything, just let her know how you feel and what's bothering you. Some people don't realize when they've overstepped a boundary.

Girl I hear you! My one "friend" when I was 16 use to find sneaky ways to give my boyfriend (now husband) back rubs... Everytime she wanted to come over instead of having me pick her up she would say "can you have Tommy come pick me up!" 😒🙄 ummm no bitch I can pick you up or you can stay the hell home. Eventually I stopping hanging out with her. Fast forward 5 years later I came in contact with her again, she came over to meet our son... It's like once she saw how happy we were together she wanted me to bring her back home because she suddenly had a headache. Never talked to her since. Trust your instincts! My Nannys best friend wasn't just sleeping with her husband but had a whole life with him, even had kids together... Mean time my nanny was struggling to raise their 7 children while his money was being spent buying that bitch whatever she wanted 😒

My mom ALWAYS said to watch who you bring around your man ... I don't play that! How  long have you guys been friends ? (Sorry if you mentioned it already ).. I would definitely talk with her.. Let her know how you feel.. If she's your REAL friend she would respect you and be aware of her actions.. If she doesn't then this may be a perfect time to start looking for another hang out partner ... Either way  she wouldn't be comming around my man anymore..if she means a lot to you and you enjoy being around her then continue hanging around her, just don't bring her to your home.. You need to bring that up to her that is not cool at all. She is way out of pocket. And so is he. He shouldn't make her feel comfortable to the point where she think she can act like that. But then again we do have tht 1 friend that loves attention and the personality is just out there so mayb that's her in this case but she definately needs to check herself
