Can triple c's cause you period to be late?

About a week ago I took triple c's with my friends for the first and last time. I was supposed to get my period on Friday, now it's Sunday and I have no PMS symptoms. I have tender nipples and I'm extremely hungry with weird cravings. Can triple c's effect my cycle? I've drank heavily before and got my period on time, I just hope to god I'm not pregnant. What would triple c's even do to a developing baby?
