Period & UTI or Yeast Infection...?

So I started my period about 3 days ago & it's been like a few weeks since I've had sex. Well after I started my period, I have this really bad pain in my whole private area.. like it burns to pee, it feels like there are a million cuts on my lips & when I wipe it looks like the blood is coming from my anus.. it also itches & hurts to wipe.. I have no idea what could be the issue... someone please help? What should I do or how should I treat this...?
