8 days late or 12 dpo?

Can you see a vvvvfl? I took this tonight at the 10 minute mark. Tweaks welcome! All my other pregnancy test have been negative and AF still hasn't shown!

Here's the story: Last menstrual was July 6th. My OPKs said I ovulated on the 22nd and 23rd of July (as expected, cycles are 31 days) According to Glow, AF was due August 6th so that would make me 8 days late but according to my bbt charts I ovulated August 2nd and that would make me 12 dpo. Today is cycle day 40! This is all so confusing and I'm starting to get super frustrated! Should I wait till 14 dpo for AF and test again then? Should I schedule an appointment anyway? Please help....
