So I had some stitches inside the vagina after delivery. Today at 18 days pp I'm having a weird smell coming from down there alon with like brownish discharge! Also one of the tears hurts so bad when I touch it to wipe or when I sit. My question is how long does it take for the vagina to completely heal after birth?
