Labia torn

I was with a guy last night and we didn't have sex but he fingered me and my labia literally tore in half. It hurts really bad and was bleeding a little bit last night. I looked it up and aparently it's pretty common and some people say it heals and some had to get surgery. Has this happened to anyone like does anyone know what's happening😂
