Three meals a day? Sounds crazy to me right now.
I'm 13w 5d and after breakfast I feel so full I can easily make it through to dinner with just a snack (a milk drink, or a yoghurt & done fruit for example). Anyone else?
If I were to eat a normal lunch, I get home after work far too full for dinner. There's just nowhere to fit it! I don't really get all that hungry. Usually, I'm quite the snacker. It's amazing how pregnancy changes things.
