Anyone else experiencing piriformis syndrome?

Question

Any tips for dealing with this horrific pain? Never thought I'd say I want to have my baby early to be done with this butt/hip pain.

The only relief I've found is in the shower.

I happened to have a prenatal massage scheduled right when I had piriformis syndrome. I told the masseuse about it and she fixed it! I was amazed - I could barely walk before. Go treat yourself, mama!

been dealing for over a month! my pain goes all the way from my lower back/butt, into my groin and down my leg to the side of my knee. it's horrible. excruciating at times. I've been out of work because of it. I needed to use a cane at first and now crutches because I can't walk without help. I've cried many times!!! physical therapy is working for me. doctor told me to go. I still have pain but less. and that's a relief in it self. can't wait to have my baby girl but I will probably need therapy still afterwards because I haven't walked right for over a month. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow.
