Constipation during fertile week
For the last two months I have been constipated and having real bad cramps during my fertile weeks. It makes its extremely hard to enjoy sex and idk what to do. I've been TTC for almost 7 months now with no luck. This week i am ovulating, but b/c of constipation I haven't been able to enjoy it. Anyone else?
