Two week notice

I put in my 2 week notice last Thursday 8/11, working full time has just become too much being 30 weeks with a 3 year old. I physically can't do it anymore. I wasn't planning on returning after the baby was born and we don't really need my job anyway. I gave 2 weeks as a courtesy but I'm ready to leave NOW. The stress is too much, I'm feeling sick again and I can't breath sitting 8.5 hours a day. Would it be bad if I just left before my 2 weeks, do you think my doctor would give me a note? I'm waiting for the nurse to call me back, my next appointment is 8/25.
