Help Need I need advice

Ok so on the 7 th of this month I had unprotected  sex( I do take bith control but I have missed days). The 7th was my high fertility days according to glow. Sunday I experienced some cramps and some discharge with what seem likes blood. Monday I experienced more of the discharge with books that look a little stringy. My period is not due til Sunday. I took a test it was negative. Please give me yall input
