Really curious to know when baby will come. What do you think?

Been nauseous this week and having diarrhea. Then belly dropped. My arm pits started hurting turns out milk ducts were clogged. Been having colostrum come out and lost. Bits of mucus plug and today I lost I think all of it. Been having cramps and contractions all week went to hospital today and was dilated by 1. They told me everything was fine and not to worry. But does anyone think Ima be having baby soon? I'm 33 and 3 days and all of this happened within the weekend and this week.
